    Now do the following:
    1. Right click on a “highlighted file.”
    2. Click on “Properties.”
    3. UNCHECK the “READ ONLY” box.
    4. Click on “OK.”

You are now ready to start PhotoByte."

  • NOTE 2# (MAC): Kilian Kline has provided the following information to enable PhotoByte to work with Tiger (Mac OS 10.40) Thanks Kilian

  • NOTE #3. Jason Jerusalem has provided the following additional information to enable PhotoByte to work with Tiger (MAC OS10):
  • Pull up the following URL:
SecureFMX Plug-in Fix for OS 10.4
  • Remove SecureFM X from the FileMaker Extensions folder inside the PhotoByte folder. Replace it with the SecureFMX file you downloaded.
  • Now PhotoByte will work with Tiger (Mac OS 10.4), however it is also suggested that you upgrade to secure your Mac with a trouble-free version of 10.4.9.,which in our tests allows the patch to work best:
  • Note #4. Ricardo Aguiar has provided an extensive PhotoByte tutorial. THANK YOU Ricardo!

The above information and much more is available on the Yahoo PhotoByte Forum.
